there are some objects with missing textures on the table after the room with the music. How do i fix that?

I'll look into that but normally is should be fixed by downloading Counter Strike: Source/obtaining CS:S resources and if you still have missing textures you could download Counter Strike: Global Offensive or its game files (textures, props, ...).

Before downloading either of these games you could also check if all of your Garry's Mod files are downloaded (textures, props, ...).

I'm unable to hear the train sounds in sandbox.

There should be a very quiet ambient sound if you play Sandbox but most of the sound will only be hearable in TTT (yet).

the game wont load. it goes half way when its loading then it leaves and goes to the main menu. how do i fix this?

I don't have CS:GO... So could you please pack those textures in?

Maybe the console has more details about that matter.

I didn't use CS:GO textures. Just a few props.

i think that you need csgo or else some texture may be missing

NPCs can't open the doors, making the interior nodes kind of useless.

Blame the poor Source Engine. NPCs can only open rotating prop doors and those are a bad fit for a train map. You could add a trigger before the doors so that they'll open when the NPCs stand near the them.
This is achievable in a map editor (Hammer) and when playing Sandbox.

Nah, the interior is at some places still pretty big without doors.

this train is awesome you can even spawn in the big screen TV and watch any horror movie you want on it or in it i love it best map ever
