Wallpaper is annoying

I applied this wallpaper, it makes sounds of the beach and birds. Super annoying. Decided to change my backround to my trusted computers selection and I literally cannot change it at all! It reverts back to this stupid wallpaper. My computer seems a bit more unstable as well. Dont reccomend this user or wallpaper
