"Updated: Jul 26 @ 6:15pm"
...in other words, this truck *has* been updated for the current ATS version (1.45), as it has been promptly (within a few days to a week of the version release) for every game update since it's come out.
If for whatever reason the updated version hasn't downloaded to your computer automatically, you may need to try:
* Restarting Steam
* If that doesn't work, unsubscribe and re-subscribe to the mod to force a re-download
It's a known issue with Steam that it sometimes fails to pick up mod updates automatically, so these workarounds are things people need to be aware of. The unsubscribe/resubscribe trick has always worked for me (I've had to do it a few times).
Note also that if you want to avoid a gap where you can't play the game for a few days when new game versions are released before your mods are updated, you can tell Steam to keep you on the old game version temporarily by selecting the "beta" channel for that version in settings. Once all your mods have been updated (usually within a few days for well-maintained mods like this one) you can switch back to the main release branch.
