Should I release a separate Beta version of the mod?
I've been working on some experimental features, and have been reluctant/slow to update the main mod as I do not want to release a broken version of the mod to ruin the experience for everyone. I have a private beta version that I use with Steam friends. But should I consider simply just making/linking a public beta and have the main version of the mod to be updated only when I feel fully confident in what I produced? I've been thinking about this a lot lately.

Well, I think that could be a good idea. If nothing else, to help you troubleshot any possible bugs your modification may bring. I'd be down for it, making a few games to test it and help you make this mod better.

Sounds like a smart way to test out ideas and changes. I use a few mods that do something like this.
