Now that I've subscribed, what next?
Because there are no instructions, no download, no location, no further information whatsoever. It's just a nice bit of nostalgia but there is no game to be found. What gives?

You have to buy the base, i.e. the "Flicky" game, launch it and activate the PTO mod in it.
