Hello,
i would like to create new late game unit (propably in modern era) that would be able to build expansion outpost using "building Citadel". This units will be very expensive, because the effect is strong.
I have tried to create it , but the new unit (Expeditionist) in game does not build the Citadel. The command is available , but nothing happens when i order him to build.
Can you advise please ?
