Lore -

Beginner Lore from S1-
The world was founded by the three guardians: Snow, Desert, and Forest. They made the sky, land, and sea. They are the protectors of all that is living and dead. When man was created, they were to live and frolic amongst its fellow creatures of this world, in peace and harmony. However, their creatures have grown and strengthened. Using the Guardian's work of art for their gain, destroying the forests, taking apart the land for their houses, and supplies. Draining the life that the guardians protected. It was not allowed. The guardians with anger in their eyes started a war against their children. The children united against their gods, to defeat them. After the long war, the creatures had won, they began colonizing, building civilizations and cities, each race separating from the rest, proving to one another that they were the best. Wars and battles began between the races. Hatred in each other's eyes to beat one another. Civilizations had fallen. The rubble and a few children of each race remain to rebuild the world that they were left in. The grounds began to shake, as if the guardians of their world, might possibly still be around.

Good news, we’re Waking Realms RP, born of Ark Factions, the original RP server, we are happy to be celebrating our 4th year in September. And every year we wipe (the server on 9/1)! But we have something fun setup for the next year. You can look forward to:

•A new Anchor Map: Crystal Isles: Alheim Beta ( a new robust Crystal Isles with custom Simple spawns to challenge even the toughest warriors!) (Genesis/EX/OG Crystal Isles creatures plus more!)
•A Myriad of RP mods to aid you in your RP. From Adventurers to Wizards we got it
•Low/Mid Mod count. Less than 5 min to load if on an SSD, around 10 for HDD’s
•Unlockable Realm of Change: Upon defeat of The Wyvern Queen, our Bifrost monthly map unlocks and alternates through 12 Mod and Official/DLC maps over the year. You always have something to do! With it comes changes to the Anchor Map as the new realms effect not only their world!
•Whitelist with RP posts. (know you are role playing with another player that also knows the in’s and outs of RP)
•Inclusive server (We do not tolerate bigotry against race/sexual preferences)
•All ages welcome as long as they follow the rules.
•Custom Discord for conversing with your fellow players. (Full availability after you pass our whitelist. )
•Unique flip style rulebook that illustrated structured RP PVP (great if you are a previous PVE player who likes little PVP spice to your daily life)

The year is 274 to the people of Sheoth, the golden city of the sands, and their newly appointed High Priestess, Aldrea Rhyne, is given a vision from their god Aton. The vision influences her to travel away from her home in search of the source of an unnatural energy coming from the Hope islands. Upon arrival, Aldrea and her companions discover many strange settlements of people who seem to fear and resent technology, including an abandoned town. Rather than leaving, they decide to rebuild the city while studying these people, hoping to rebuild this lost civilization . What made them so afraid? And can this civilization be rebuilt?

Will you be an exiled tribesman, cast out for your curiosity or acceptance of technology? A traveler who is visiting the islands in pursuit of trade or adventure?
