If you add the same folder to both locations items will still appear outside of the folder at the other location. You need to manually move items into each folder at every location.
Gotcha, I didn't test that, slipped my mind. Hopefully it won't be too hard to resolve. Stay tuned.
I'm not 100% percent sure how but my wife and I are accidently duplicating blueprints. No other items are duping but when she is sending them from one location then I take them out, some of them are still on her side as well as in my inventory but no longer showing on my side in the box. This happens pretty frequently and in less than an hour we've duped over a dozen blueprints unintentionally. Fun mod, hope it gets fixed soon. Thanks!
UPDATE: We are actually able to duplicate items such as longneck rifles. Have one person put a rifle with an accessory in the box. Remove the accessory while in the box. Have the second person remove the rifle, each person will now have a rifle with a scope.
UPDATE 2: Same method but with a stack of meat or berries. the receiver will get a random small stack and when removed will remove the full stack from the sender's side but the receiver will only get the few they pulled out, thus loosing tons of items. FYI I have the server set up with custom stacks in the .ini if that matters for this particular item. Does not effect blueprints or other non stackables mentioned above though.
1. When you place a blueprint in a box and remove it, the blueprint will remain in other boxes on the channel (It's like blueprints aren't treated the same way as other items as you'll as in the other issues as well.)
2. When demolishing a box, it's blueprints will be dropped (into one of those bags) and when rebuilding the blueprints are still there but even worse all other items are gone from every box. Though sometimes the blueprints don't drop and are just deleted like other items. (This is all with other boxes on the channel, so nothing should happen to the contents.)
Hey Thanks! I have been super busy lately moving to a new home so I haven't had much time to continue addressing these bugs. I don't have a lot of experience with this issue yet but I suspect that blueprints are not treated as normal items for the logic I use to replicate items between containers. I can't really see how this could have such a big impact like people have reported but apparently it does. Destroying all the containers should leave no traces of the items left behind.
Did this only start happening after putting blueprints in the box?
Thank you so much for the reply and your awesome mod! Yes, it only started happening after I put blueprints in the box! Thanks again for such a great mod.
New Bugs: The colors are very faded (whitewashed really) so it makes the red and green hard to tell apart. They do not look like the image you have posted. The blue is distinguishable but looks more like an aquamarine color.
The text for the channel reads as Channel 1 for all three box types when you are looking at them. Tried picking them up and replacing but this did not change them.
Really? They don't appear the as bright and obvious as they do in my screenshots? Now that is interesting. I will have to look into why that might be. If you could post a screenshot, that could be helpful.
Regarding your second point, when you look at the box and it says "Channel 1" you are simply seeing the label for the default action on the wheel. In other words, that text reflects which option is in the top center position and does not reflect which channel it is on.
I forgot to mention that my wife's computer looks the same way. I'm on a 1080Ti and she's on a 1060. Both have the most up to date drivers.
Thanks for the feedback!
Hey Titanborn, I am very curious why this could be happening to you both. I cannot recreate the issue on my end. In game, are you able to see light coming from the Oblisks? Because this mod uses Oblisk lighting so I wonder if you have somehow changed your graphic settings? Just guessing honestly.
BG, this happens to my wife as well. The lights are always just plain white for her now. Also, although the syncing was working fine (still think this is an essential and awesome mod) since the Ark Genesis update yesterday things have sometimes been randomly disappearing for us again from time to time. Not sure if this is a conflict with a mod, or because of the Genesis update. I am assuming because of the update, since there have been other bugs for me as well such as tek gloves not working properly when HLNA is equipped.
