Clone doesn't have Pawnmorpher mutations

I recently created a clone of a pawn that had mutations from pawnmorpher. When the clone came out it didn't have any of the mutations that the original pawn did. Is this supposed to happen or did I mess something up?

I can answer this. Pawnmorpher uses HedDiffs for mutations which is the same system as things like heart attacks, cuts, and diseases. QEE doesn’t copy HedDiffs at all (other wise salvaging a genome would be pointless most of the time) because injuries don’t effect the ‘DNA’.
