Suggestions
I'm content with where the mod is sitting right now, and don't have a keen desire to expand it. Potential tweaks can still be dropped here for consideration, though.

1/4 or 1/3 size hitpoint bars if possible? your reasoning for complete removal is solid but at a glance fleet health of what is on the field is not totally useless. particularly if you know your ships are strong in shields or armor and that the opposing force is weak / strong vs your ships configuration.
