Change reform turn
Is there anyway to change reform from 3 turns to 4 or more? Because with 8 or 10 turns per year, the reform is so quick in consider with the game progress time line.

Game is not balanced for more turns per year, most of the events very much depend on dates and with increased turns you will never reach half of them.
