Is there a change notes area between updates so I can see if a certain bug crashing my game post 1959 is fixed or not?

Can't remember atm since it's been a few days but it caused my game to crash near 1959

hi i dont know if it is a bug. when i assign trops somethimes to a border they dont move mutiples times.Can you solve the bug??
