I've only got this problem when I enable the Render It! mod. I've went through all of my mods and that's the only one causing the issue. It also happened when I only used Harmony and Render It!. I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problems or not.

I'm on the latest version, 1.17.0-f4. I know this mod only supports up to 1.17.0-f3, but maybe it's something else entirely. My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 3600. The GPU is a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super. I've also got 48 GB DDR4 RAM.

Edit: I've got a photo of the issue, I personally think that it's a rendering issue. If anyone knows a solution, that would be appreciated. ( https://imgur.com/a/PGL0SjO )

Fix: I had it on EGS. When I tried it on Steam, it worked normally.
