Are the shadows in the map normal?

Today my friend told me the map gave him bad vibes. We loaded in, then I went to the sewers, I arrived to a room with 4 doors, then the door behind me didn't close. There was a completely, black siluette behind me.
Now I am scared to look at any mirror at my house.
