Golden value ticket?
So, does coupon in a cave with wooden chest on the last island have any purpose or it was put there by accident?

Spoiler warning:

The mafia lost a key to the vault that is not shown in the game, the golden vault ticket is the key, if you already got it before you talked with him there's going to be alternative conversation like "wait you already got it", otherwise the vault key is meant for the mafia spirit in the 5th island.
