A decade and TF2 doesn't have a single top hat and I am looking forward to finally getting one.

they are all top hats. this is just another one of the existing hats. not forgetting we have so many top hats that this just doesnt even fit.

People's inability to detect sarcasm hurts; there are way too many top hats in the game there does not need to be any more, ideally remove some of them.
