Looks alot like Zephiniah Mann's Opra hat (Gibus).
I like this new hat and don't bash me for this but I love the gibus. It was the first hat i've ever seen in tf2 and I do wear one. I'm not bad at tf2. Let me know how you feel about this hat. And please compare the hat to the Gibus from the tf2 comics.
