After reading the text, I can't exactly tell how its items or abilities are supposed to do, and I do not understand the situations I find myself in when using, for example, Frost Nova, and randomly getting healed.

Depending on how your artist did the skins, that could be easily done by swaping around layers, but since I have no idea on the creation process, and I am not an artist myself, that would be up to you and them.
It's a possibility, I just need clarity.

It's a low priority change that I can look into after bug fixes.
Specifically Frost Nova (freeze, de-stealth and also debuff?) and Time Warp (four whole rounds?) sounds quite op.
I'm happy to discuss the class and make changes. Play test him and give a good argument.
Also, when he crits, he gains 9 light, which is a net total of +3 on Frostfire Bolt, or +- 0 on Dragon's Breath when double crit.
