The quest is a simple tour of all the major locations in the game, try talking to the mages in the "Halfway there inn", then the halfling rouge in the same location, he'll direct you to Amyniel herself, and the quest goes on for a decent bit till you unlock the dungeon. I would recommend not doing the quest though, as the reward is 1,000,000 gold, which somewhat ruins any sense of balance the save has.

How do you even get this quest? I feel like I have talked to everybody in the game and not gotten any quests outside the standard warband ones.

You need to be lvl 25 in order to get the quest from one of the sorcerors in Halfway There Inn. My problem with the quest is that i reached a point where the NPC that i think should give me the next part of the quest does not appear where he should, or simply does not get the trigger. But yeah, not really missing out on anything if you cant do it, as you can simply get rich in other ways, and tbh, the legendary items that you can buy from the Warlock are pretty weak, for their price tag.

For me, I couldn't get past part IV where you have to go to lahabul, I'm guessing to talk to the flame priest.
