Love it!

Mod is great, add Diplomacy and fix the 0.00001% chance of a lord defecting and its perfect.

I'd say that the fact that most castles I have tried taking, my soldiers and myself get stuck onthe wall as there's a little space between the ladder/siege tower and the wall, which has resulted in many frustrating losses
