my magic spells changed i had expensive dark magic spells now i have low tear music and fire spells
logged on one day and all my expensive dark magic spells were turned into low tear music and fire. i had spend like 25000 money on those spells and the game didn't even bother replacing my dark magic sword. is there anyway of getting my items back without buying them?

Try looking on any followers, sometimes when mount and blade updates it switches equipment around. so one of them may have the spells equipped.

This happens to m&b native and again with some mods when loading to and from map mode / 1st person. I almost always find my stuff in my inventory.
