Honest Review.
So after spending some time playing this mod, it has the potential to be a very nice fantasy mod. But it is in a very early stage of development. I understand that it can be hard to mod something like this but right now it is a basic re-skin of m&b warband. There are the following problems.

1. The diplomacy aspect is bad. The lord rarely defect from their faction. The rulers don't make peace with you even if you have over 90 right to rule and nearly destroyed their faction. The factions have strange times when no war is active.
2. Companion lords seem to not be able to gather their armies and end up siting in a castle. The bad thing is that this paired with the lords not defecting unless having the faction destroyed result in you being the only defense of your kingdom.
3. The density of bandits is insane in some places Windgate seems to always have a hideout active and is flooded with bandits.
4. Some bandit units upgrade makes no sens. They just give up their equipment that is medium towards heavy and become basic peasants. Also a lot of bandit and mercenary have no troop tree to speak of, in warband all the units were linked to a troop tree.

As a conclusion it is not a bad mod but it needs to get some work done until it gets to the greatness it can.

Thanks yeah. The companion lords thing is a bug, lords rarely defecting is on purpose, as it is crazy with native, I don't know human kingdoms filled with orcish chieftains or undead voivodes.

Windgate has a goblin problem, its proximity to the Orcish Kingdom makes it a not so hot place. What's wrong with that? (Also in native, bandit lairs spawn after one is destroyed)

The rest are aspects of native.
