I got in once idk how but its possible to go in,after i died in the cave by a red dragon and some dragonborns i couldnt get in anymore u tried to press all the keyboard buttons but dint work

Yeah, it is possible. You go in kill the goblins and the dragonborn then kill the dragon.

You go to mount Dhugor talk to the Dwarfs outside and then click e on the door up at the base of the mountain. Smack open the door kill all the enemies and fight the dragon, and take the artefact in the chest.

You can only start the quest when you're lv.25+, talk to Naejin at halfway inn and follow from there.

Sorry, been a while since i last played. Most likely it's the tavern keeper that gives the quest, otherwise speak to everyone there, one of them has dialogue for this. There is also a second part of the quest that is optional. When you can finally enter mount dhugor, head to the temple of the saviour first before entering, performing a fetch quest for the head priest will reward you with a unique spear supposedly that can help. There are also some gauntlets you can find in the temple of the moon dungeon, but these need 30 strength to equip.

Yeah i did it in the meantime, you need to talk to the female elf at the inn.

are you sure its level 25 and up, because i am level 27 and i cant seem to get the quest working

it's level 25 and up but it's not the inn keeper that gives you the quest, it's the elven lady talking to the guy. do her recipe quest ;)
