Don't know who needs to hear this, but if you enable Cheats and Editting modes from the Mount & Blade launch window and then, while holding down Ctrl + Spacebar in the game world, Left Click somewhere on the map and it will teleport your army there. Sometimes it asks you if you would like to Disembark, but sometimes you just get to have a permanent 15.0 Speed army.

Didn't see any other workarounds out there, so I looked into it myself.
