That seems a stupid anti-spam effort.
Yeah, it's probably a bug.
It's also possibly an acct hack.
It's pretty dumb to discount others, while labeling them "dummy".
As a vet, and a computer professional, you don't assume... you cover your bases.
BTW, according to Steam my account was hacked (take that as you will).
It looks like someone had access to your account and when they were in your account, they must have gone and voted on multiple items either in the workshop or Steam Store.
This is a temporary ban and it will go away. In the meantime, please reset your password here.
