Thank you for this great mod! I think this would probably be in all my future games now.

A few questions/suggestions tho:
1. Not sure if you did this on purpose, but while you added a lot of new natural parts, you did not add the corresponding prosthetic/bionic/archotech/MSEmodule parts for them, which does cause a few problems:
1.1. The [Wrist] and [Ankle] body parts you added have a surprisingly high hit chance and my pawns lose them quite often in combat (is this intentional? if not I'd appreciate any fixes), but when they do, I am forced to replace the entire arm/leg because they're the lowest vanilla parent parts (which comes with prosthetic parts);
1.2. When (1.1) happens to rescued friendly faction pawns, I am forced to replace the entire arm/leg with bionics, because replacing them with prosthetic parts gets counted as "harvesting natural legs/arms" and hurts faction relation;
1.3. If I understood it correctly, if a pawn loses one of the new body parts that are directly attached to the torso (sacrum for example), the only way to fix them are either to use a HealerMechSerum (haven't tried that yet, not 100% sure it works), which is super expensive, or to "source" it from another pawn (I was able to do this with some organ harvest mod, not sure if this is possible without other organ harvest mods);
1.4. After I installed [ArchotechShoulders-ArmModules] to a pawn, I cannot add lower parts like [Hand-Finger] modules because the intermediate [UpperArm-Elbow-Forearm-Wrist] modules don't exist yet; this renders almost half of the MSE modules useless because I can't have a pair of archotech arms and a pair of archotech hands at the same time; same goes with legs and feet modules.
2. I'm personally a bit annoyed by the nutrition stats added to the natural body parts (so I removed it in my own game), because animals eat the parts, my pawns use the parts to train animals, etc.; personally, I'd prefer a "mince organs on butchering table" recipe option as that'd probably work much better with vanilla/other mods.

Could these be part of the future planned features? If not, I'd probably look into the codes and try change that later.

As explained above, it would be nice for a non natural replacement for ankles,
wooden foot = too little, cannot be installed because the ankle is destroyed.
peg leg = too much, counts as "harvesting leg", huge mood penalty and faction penalty.

make more module slots avalible for the extra bones and parts.
maybe in the beginning a few modular parts for the extra bits.
