I really love the concept of this, but the animation could use some work
I think it's a great concept, maybe a different and more subtle name would work better, but i feel like the animation is really distracting, mainly because of the stop, i think it should have a more smooth transition on the loop, like instead of stopping, they're all should be moving at the same pace for a second.

I think the same way. If it stops, it's too distracting.
