Guide to finding both secrets (Spoilers)
you are here because
A) youre treating the secret objectives as achievements

in both cases im willing to help

Secret 1: CSAT
before being able to unlock the secret, text will pop up notifying you that there is a sniper in the vicinity, the sniper is located at grid 055107 in a windmill, south of the First AT Launchers, kill him and go upstairs to finish the secret objective

Secret 2: SOMEBODY...
There's a building at the very eastern edge of grid 055109, enter the building and you will find a laptop on the ground, approach the laptop and interact with it to finish the secret objective. Further east of the building is an area marked red that isnt an objective


fun fact, one secret is serious, the other's a complete joke
