Mod suggestions
Feel free to suggest other additions to include in this collection here. Bear in mind though that I want to keep the additions fairly small and Quality of Life-focused. Also, in the end this will be a collection of what I consider fitting additions - your opinion may vary. :)

I've always been partial to Auto Ore Pickup (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1632221158&searchtext=auto+pickup), but I'm quite lazy ;)

The TextHud API would be a good addition, unless it is included and not mentioned? (or perhaps i missed it)

Additionally, Camera Panning. IMHO, another mod that should be vanilla.

TextHUD API is a dependency of at least one of the mods I list as a dependency, so it will be automatically loaded as well. Dependency chains! :)

Camera Panning is a good point, I haven't used it before myself but always wanted to give it a try. Will look into it.

I would suggest Automatic Ore Pickup to help with collecting ore especially when playing in space.

I've decided to hold off with Automatic Ore Pickup for now. I might still implement it in the future but right now I feel like the effect on gameplay is a bit too large to be included in this particular collection. :)

In the patch notes it indicates that the signals were still spawning with reactors and was fixed. I had wondered why I was still getting reactors. :D Would it be possible to spin that off as another mod with them still spawning a reactor like 1 in 20?

There are actually still some that spawn with reactors in vanilla - it depends on the type of drop container. What I've done is to update the drop containers that overwrite the vanilla ones in this mod with the current vanilla ones. So there is now parity with vanilla in terms of when they contain uranium and reactors and when they don't. :)

If possible. A way to disable / enable mods. I'm a huge fan of most of these mods but some I would rather disable (in some situations)

Maybe also make a help text command with all the mods description and basic operations. I know for example that build vision has some commands in them and it would be nice to know those in one handy menu/help file

Unfortunately I have no way of editing the mods that I use as dependencies. All changes to those mods - including turning them on and off - has to be done by the mod authors. And to be honest, it doesn't really make sense for a mod author to put an off switch for their mod into the mod itself, so it's unlikely to happen.

I've thought about doing some basic guides about the contained mods, but to be honest that's a huge timesink for information that's largely already available on the mod pages. I still think it's a good idea, but writing that and keeping it up to date is more effort than I'm willing to invest right now.

If you are still looking for suggestions, I'd really like to be able to post items for sale and contracts on all store/contract blocks for the same grid, by clicking a "post to all" button.

This is a problem on large stations where multiple store/contract blocks exist in different areas, which are often not frequented by all players. Additionally, each posted item or contract costs you, so updating all stores or contract blocks is a waste of time and money under the current system

how about this new mod? it is definitely a qol mod that adds nothing important to gameplay but i think could be perfect in this mod pack!
