grenades dont have textures all of the sudden

i just equipped the grenades one day and it didn't have textures. it was completely fine the day before. i don't remember getting any new addons that day so i don't think it was a conflict (unless an addon updated and broke it). does anyone know what happened?

nevermind. upon retrying the grenades just now they work. i just cleaned up my addons folder so maybe reinstalling fixed it.
