hi, has anyone used this mod successfully to increase the 'actual' processing rate of the vanilla incinerator plant.
The problem is that although i can increase the number of garbage trucks available to use, the actual number being used - out collecting garbage remains low, say 3 of 30.

The budget is set to maximum.

I have clicked on a garbage truck and the load is not available to be changed, so the only way to
increase the processing rate is to send out more trucks. Garbage is ready to be collected in the vicinity - so how do i force the incinerator plant to send out more trucks ?
