I enabled Zippy's Performance Metrics tool steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3367512048 and the library required for it. I disabled all addons except those 2 and this money system addon. When fps_max is set to 200 and gmod_mcore_test is set to 0, this addon has a hook the performance metrics tool calls "PreDrawHalos - Deliveryjob system", which takes 8 to 13 ms time per second when not doing anything but looking at the performance metrics.
