Lady Cai Yan Images not showing
After Lady Cai Yan event, I got her into my faction, suddenly all of her images aren't showing.

TL:DR the game you started already had a Cai Yan, but the event triggered anyway (Maybe?)

Not sure if my own experience can help. I had a mandate of heaven start which spawned a child Cai Yan and I eventually manage to recruit her the normal way (spies op).

Even though I already had her, her ransom event still triggered. I payed the ransom and got another Cai Yan with no pictures. Her armor was had the same effects, but the picture was the same one as the unique armor for generic strategists.
