Suggestion: Building Resource replacement
One thing that has been driving me a little bit nuts has been when you make a blueprint and the resources used don't match. Like if I'm on a map that uses copper ore for the basics, but then go to a map where thats not the starting metal, the blueprint pretty much fails.

It be nice if when pasting a blueprint you can get a pop up that lists what items are in the blueprint and select what resources from what you have to use on the items in the blueprint.
Ie
I have a blueprint with copper wires, a few refineries, and tiles.
It could list
wire
refinery
tile
drop down of what resources you have for each item type in the blueprint.
paste it down with those new reosurces for those items.

Just group many of the same item into a single listing, don't need to go crazy with each and every single block of something. you have 40 mesh tiles. then its just 'mesh tile'. and it aplies to them all. If you need some of said tiles to be out of one material, and others another, well, that's something you edit manually after the blueprints made. keep it simple, if its one type of block/item, then it all gets turned into the same resource need. (plus not everyone uses the 'plan with out resources mod)

This would help make blueprints be compatible with differing maps that have differing resources and make it easier to paste them down and not have to pretty much take it all apart and re-draw it all and hope to not have messed something up. Or have two/three of the same blueprint with differing maps resources.

Could also be useful if you have a blueprint design, but need that same design made out of something else. "I have a BP for a water tank, I want to use this same BP for a super heated tank. BAM option to change what resources it uses'

could be as simple as a check box to turn on resource switching on and off. off it works as it does now, on it lets you select resources for each block.

I don't actually dislike this idea. We have some exciting things coming; likely this weekend. If I can find a way to implement this I'll do it.

Heres hoping such an idea can be added! I'll no longer have to have 2-3 of the same blueprint using differing mats, or try and painstakingly re-draw out the blueprint bit by bit. can finally plan out ideas in sandbox and not have to worry about what im making it out of. could maybe also do it so you have the option of the resource list popping up every time you paste something down, or only if you lack a resource for something it uses. Then you could stick to a single blueprint and go 'I need this copy to have x thing out of led instead of copper"

Was this implemented? If not, is there a way to edit a blueprint outside the game to bulk replace the materials?
