Digging deeper on why Blueprints is not updating...

This appears to a configuration API bug with Steam and ONI because ONI is using in game mod management. I found some hits indicating this bug in KLEI forums, so am guessing that KLEI is aware of this bug with mods not updating from steam. This is not a Blueprints issue. Sometimes the mod updates, sometimes it doesn't.

On windows file explorer, I deleted C:\Users\Michael\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\Steam\1814341183

Which fixed Steam not updating BluePrints. 1814341183 being the id of the Blueprint mod, your id may be different. Not sure if those mod ID's are unique for all players or not.


Because of this issue with ONI mods not updating, I decided to delete ALL of C:\Users\Michael\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\Steam and restart so all the mods will get latest version and not just BluePrints. Suggest other folks do the same. Anytime a ONI mod gets an update, delete ALL your local mod files by removing C:\Users\<USER>\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\Steam

Hopefully, ONI will fix their in game mod manager to correctly integrate with Steam.
