Non lethal weapons
So I would really like if this mod included some kind of tranquilizer rifle used for slowly and gently disabling animals or pawns, the more darts you would use the greater the effect, but if you use too much the target could die, then maybe a taser, melee and gun variants, could be balanced by very long reload times, and maybe a police batton, would be cool

Agreed, some sort of stunning weapon. Also Bolas (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolas) would be nice. Bolas would act like Pila in the way that they fire slow, and would also be escapable, along with doing no damage what so ever (Other than getting hit in the neck, then they would die quickly from suffocation due to being strangled). Though Bolas would capture on a single hit (or perhaps make using weapons impossible if it hits the arms), and would be easy to make.

or some kind of traps that can catch live animals/humans, for example a pit

Flash grenades can stun and are in my opinion a strong weapon against raiders. Flash grenades give your pawns with lesser shooting/melee abilities something useful to do in a fight.

There is also a baton and whip available. I haven't made the opportunities to use either of them yet, but maybe they have a better chance at downing pawns with little chance to seriously injure or kill them?

OH! and I almost forgot that there is a toxic grenade! Just spam that and voila, you've got a way to tranquilize enemies/animals.
