Incapable of violence = No tools
Pawns who are incapable of violence cannot equip tools such as a pickaxe, wrench, builder's hammer, and kitchen knife. For example the pickaxe's mining attributes only work if equipped, just picking up doesn't work. What to do in a situation like this?
