Hey everybody. One of the main issues I had with this mod is the resources on the modded charge (ultra) weapons and their viability. Not that there needs to be information readily available for things like this but it did bug me. So I made some calculations and reached a conclusion that is hopefully accurate. You can see the chart here [imgur.com].

TLDR:
In VERY short range (3m or so) Charge SMG's are okay.
In mid-range (12m or so) Charge LMG's and Miniguns perform best. Better than service rifle & assault rifle.
In longer ranges, Charge Miniguns perform best, assault rifle and service rifle perform similarly, service rifle is slightly worse.
Any longer range, (up till 31m) Charge Miniguns are best.
Since your shooters will NOT be firing normal quality miniguns with zero bonuses to their accuracy, they will perform better than what I calculated. Charge Miniguns have the highest possible performance which will be realized with bonuses, so:
Charge Miniguns are best.
They will also benefit from the cooldown reductions from shooting specialists most since they have the longest cooldown.
