We've been using this mod on our server for months now. We recently added DayZ Expansion to our server. When your mod is enabled, it messes with the Expansion territory settings and base building that is suppose tonot allow players to dismantle or destruct Expansion base parts in other player's territories. They still have the option to dismantle only when Simple Base is enabled no matter the settings in the profile folder.

I setup a test server you can test it on if you like. Is it possible to get an update?
