Can I set this up so players have to learn the engrams to use it?

I love this but I don't want people to get a bunch of free building engrams. Is there a way to set this up so all the engrams have to be learned normally and aren't automatically given?

Would be awesome to either remove the need to learn the engrams entirely or give us an option to remove the autounlock.
