Switching from Legacy to Remastered?

Is there a way to do this without possibly losing an entire base or having to manually change each building piece?

I'd recommend just having both Mods Installed separately, and Disable the Engrams for the Legacy.
This will keep your Legacy Structures and Prevent people from building additional.
However the Remastered doesn't have all Building variants, so your aware.
