I also have a suggestion for a change:
As the hearts are less often in Death Wish, I think in the final phase, if you kill a boss, it should be a guaranteed heart from them, as sort of a reward.

I adore this mod and have done all sorts of custom challenges, such as killing them in reverse order (MG First), beating it with two hit sidekick, and currently ongoing, because I'm insane, trying to beat it with one hit hero.
