for some reason i used to have lowered sensitivy when scoped in but one day that suddenly changed

yes i totaly agree with you spy has to fix this totaly kills the snipers

Yeah, I'm pretty sure these sweps USED to have decent sensitivity, but now they are near useless for hitting moving targets from a distance.

This is kind of annoying...

to fix this all you have to do is go to options then click mouse then you can adjust the mouse sensitivity

Go into console and type bind (insert key here, no brackets) "mouse_sensitivity (insert number here, no brackets)".

Dunno if the above command is 100% correct, but try some different variations and you should probably be able to get it.

Do the above twice for another key to set it back to normal sensitivity.

Other possibility is that another addon might be causing a script that increases sensitivity, i've had this issue myself.
