No, it's hardcorded in the states definition files. But could you tell me which impassable areas do you want to remove? I'll remove those in the next update.

Maybe combine this mod with real terrain pictures? I mean adding pictures of some cities would make this mod the coolest map mod ever. I like to activate real terrain pictures with Every province a victory point, it's such a pleasure. I do believe this mod would make me feel better if cities' pictures added .
