Also the shoulder pads look wonky, and so does the leg armor at the feet. Will put more time in and give a better feedback response.
Other than that thanks for making this mod. Kenshi needs a good 40k mod. it just fits too well. I do not envy the task of modeling power armor, my understanding is that the design is weird and would not work well in a realistic setting, and kenshi goes for realism...
I'm not sure about the sounds, I actually haven't looked into that but now that you mentioned it I'll have to look into it and see what I can do!
Thank you for the feedback!
What if they were made on a different bench? one that used robotics components instead of plates like in vampire teddygrahm's version? Would it be possible to change the material class used for sound then?
I have been thinking about the crafting issue. so far my attempts to make a ui mod with sort functions for crafting have failed. So the main work around for a lot of issues that i see modders doing is a new work bench. This solves a lot of problems: Kenshi Ghoul is able to add new grades of weapon while bypassing the hardcoded cap in game. the main down side is a cluttered base, but that is not too big of an issue.
I bring it up, because if you are like me and have a ton of mods, then you have a ton of things to make at a work bench, and it takes 15 minutes to scroll around and find what you want to craft. With a dedicated power armor bench, you can have multiple styles of power armor, and not clutter up the other benches.
For insane detail, you could even split up and make a seperate bench for helmets, so that you have a buttload of styles with other features and bonuses.
I also owe a screen shot of armor. One thing i forgot that may affect this is that i maxed out the frame and height of each character. that will distort things....
