Hey I'm the current owner and original co-author of ICBM for Minecraft. The textures you are using are copied from our project. I'm willing to wave any problems if you include credit to the source in the description of your project. I've already talked to yogscast about this matter and wish to resolve things peacefully. As I see no harm in the content being ported to another game.
