Effect looks great, and I myself even donated to the summer jam. Great cause, I just have two concerns/ideas.

- What if the base effect was bigger?
I know that it would be a pretty broken effect maybe if it was even bigger than it is, plus had the broken hearts coming off. Maybe not however, and would bring back high tier unusuals that may be limited, say for Halloween.

- As mentioned earlier, what if this was a Halloween effect? It may fit the colour theme of purple and orange in a sense, and I think Halloween effects are always good for the economy. It's true that any new effect can seem scary at first for buyers, but ignoring that, the effect is nice, so I'm still sure it would trade easily. Even for people who just like the effect-- it's a great effect!

So yeah, maybe upscale the base roundness, and have it added in the next Scream Fortress case. Thanks for reading!
