I really like this, maybe a very slight slower switch speed
creates a circle of light (cap point size?) that outlines disguised spies
Maybe put the duration of the fire at 5 sec but its slows down the target engulfed in the flames
on hit target is ignited

when the flame duration is over you become marked for death for 4 seconds
