I wonder if anyone else has seen this bug in the game? I think the spirit of "FBK_ARMY_LOYALTY_LOW" would have been removed after the country's civil war, but it's not clear if that was because the country was fighting FIK at the time. Now after the country was occupied by D03 rebels, the national tree became the universal national focus tree and the D04 rebels led by Hay Bronzemane emerged, while the national focus tree of FIK became the FBK army national focus tree under neutralism. I'm guessing a steady stream of rebellions may follow in the FBK area LOL.
