i was playing for quite some time, and i've been alternating between the AK74 and 47 often, it took me a real long time to notice how off-set was the pixels of the barrel with the ejection port of the gun, causing the front sights pixels to not be aligned with the rear sights causing this weird set on the weapon where if you see it, it seems like the bullets are going up to the chamber and when fired, they go a pixel down to the barrel then exit the gun.
And now that i see it, i am sort of inspecting all the other guns and now that my OCD has kicked in i can not unsee these little things
